CHEFS WAREHOUSE
AT MAISON

Chef David Schneider and Liam Tomlin have transported Chefs Warehouse’s style of casual fine-dining to a refined country setting. MAISON, on the edge of the historic Franschhoek Village offers a contemporary set-menu lunch or dinner. It’s a riff on traditional tasting menus and small-plate sharing experiences, served in four courses.

Begin your country idyll sampling our award-winning wines and drink in the beauty of this mountain-ringed estate. Wine-tastings may be a precursor to a meal with us, or order appetisers like oysters, charcuterie or cheese boards and treat the tasting as an outing in itself.

A TASTE OF THE GOOD LIFE

Isaac Newton once said, “Nature is pleased with simplicity.” A sentiment we sternly concur with and thus have embedded it into our theory of winemaking. A simple approach, with a few simple ingredients - grapes and yeast, blended in a French oak barrel over time - produces a marvellous range of vintages, exuding depth and character.
